Description:
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then Ive never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. I work with a highly efficient specialized group of professionals at Duncan Realty Ltd. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
Sales Support Ruth Gibson has lived in Rotorua for 25 years. After 15 years working in the Physiotherapy Department of Queen Elizabeth Hospital she decided in February 2003 to fulfill a lifelong ambition to pursue a career in Real Estate. After 12 successful months as a consultant Ruth agreed to join Jacqueline and myself in our quest to provide our clients with the very best service.
Whenever time permits I enjoy fishing and sailing on the lakes, which are here for all of us to enjoy. A point of difference that I always like to stress when showing prospective buyers our beautiful district. You are not just buying a property but also have this amazing playground literately at your feet. Sometimes we dont always appreciate what is on our back doorstep. Rotorua is a fantastic place to Live and Play!
We are looking forward in assisting you with the marketing of your property, and believe together we can achieve the desired result.
